My contract is also up for renewal and I won’t be staying. Customer service and regular billing has plummeted. Ratings now very bad for TE. It’s a shame as they were very competitive but the new contracts are not. I’m currently on fixed April 19 ending in September at the following rates: #rates removed#

Direct debit will increase by £30 a month.
