Yorkshire energy customers will be transfered to Scottish Power and any credit balances protected as is the case with any supplier ceasing under ofgems protection rules, Scottish Power will not honour existing tariffs therefore once Scottish Power confirms your transfer you should look for a new tariff/supplier
