    As far as we know, Good Energy still supports Economy 10. Please post specific questions or updates below. [- May’21]

    A further update.. I’ve been to just _one_ of the alternative suppliers so far.. Good Energy don’t show Economy 10 on their website or PDF of tariff information but talking to a human got me a quote[]

    Yes, we can support most Economy-10 meters. However, we would advise customers to always call in (0800 254 0004) first so we can check the specific Economy-10 supply and confirm whether or not we can definitely supply the Economy-10 meter. Currently our website is not built to quote Economy 10 meters. The pricing is only available over the phone.
    Yes, the single MPAN/twin rate meter is the simplest Economy-10 meter set-up. However, this doesn’t mean that we would not be able to supply the more complex set-ups. Again, this is why we recommend the customer calls in to double check we can take on their specific supply and advise them of the correct pricing.

    Another company that is listed as supplying through E10 but when I telephoned I discovered that they do not!

    Thanks for the info, I contacted Good Energy to clarify. They do still support E10 but it seems some of their phone staff don’t have the right info. Always worth asking for a manager or phoning back to speak with another person if you don’t get the right answer first!
