Taken over by ovo energy after spark energy ceased to trade(they bought the rights to the spark name and are keeping their customer service teams), hopefully ovo will make an investment in customer services as they were voted worst supplier recently by which?
They do support e10 on e7 rates, I spoke to them on twitter a few weeks and they checked with their customer registration team who confirmed this, although I would say customer service is terrible from personal experience as on the phone and online chat they deny they support e10. I ended up cancelling my switch with them but it didn’t stop them trying to bill me, they were pretty adamant they were my supplier until I told them to check the national database lol, not even an apology from them.

Yes we do support Economy 10 meters; they are charged at Economy 7 rates.
